We cater Students, Parents, Teachers, Foreign Contractors and any individual who seek comfort while staying at Cabuyao City’s industrial Parks and high-end Colleges.
Currently we have Restaurants, Cafe, Gym Establishment, Corporate Offices and Dormitory. Our Dormitory rooms vary in sizes depending on the number of occupants, which can accomodate from 4-20 persons inside. We are also offering transient rooms for Local & Foreign contractors, Proffesors, Athletes and Project based employees. Our 13 Commercial units located at the ground floor vary in sizes from 72sqm. to 83sqm. depends on the establishment requirement.
Our amenities includes Rooms with balcony and individual CR, common CR for Male and Female dormitories, common and recreational area, gym facility, rooftop garden, 24/7 water supply, security guard, maintenance personnel, cable tv and wifi internet.
